房屋守则
-Please strictly observe the check-out time. If your departure is delayed and affects cleaning, an additional fee of ¥2,200 per hour (tax included) will be charged.
-It is prohibited to let anyone other than the person who made the reservation stay at the guesthouse.
-Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
-Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room.
-Parties are prohibited.
-Up to 2 small pets allowed. Additional fee applies.
-Please keep small children away from the balcony as it is dangerous.
-Please note that you cannot stay at the guesthouse unless you make a reservation on Airbnb.
-Please cooperate in separating garbage (please separate burnable garbage, non-burnable garbage, recyclable garbage, and bulky garbage).
-Please be sure to contact us in advance if you have bulky garbage (suitcases, etc.). Please note that you will be charged a separate disposal fee.
-Please do not take anything out of the room.
-Please be quiet after 10 p.m.
-If you make a long-term reservation (one month or more), you will need to sign the "Fixed-term Building Lease Agreement" and "Facility Confirmation Sheet" (repair responsibility) as there is no deposit.
* Guest Registration is required:
1. Full Name
2. Home address
3. Occupation
4. Passport copies
The information above are needed for all guests staying in the house.
After, all guests have submitted the above information, I will send you the house manual that has all the information of the following:
1. Transportation from Airport to the nearest station
2. The nearest station to Apartment (with street view photos)
3. Key location and check-in instructions
4. Appliance and amenities instructions
