-Please take off your shoes at the entrance. -Keep the volume down after 10 pm.-No musical instruments. -Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner, heater when leaving the flat -Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use -No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse. -Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish.
-Please don’t throw garbage outside of the house.

The information above are needed for all guests staying in the house.
After receiving the information above, I will send you the house manual that has all the information of the following:

Han was very helpful and friendly during the entire duration of the stay. Han had a very detailed guide on everything about the apartment, and was very prompt to respond to any questions. I was greeted at the beginning of my stay and felt very welcomed into their home. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice care free stay!

My boyfriend and I booked this for our first time visiting Tokyo, and we were extremely pleased! The location is awesome- 4 minute walk from Higashi-Ginza station and 15 minute walk from the Tsukiji Fish market. The street itself has a lot of really good and reasonably priced restaurants on it as well. The apartment itself was very clean and there was AC! There was even a service to have towels washed throughout our stay. Han was very communicative throughout our stay and informative. Highly recommend this place! Looks just like the pictures. Great location and easily accessible to other areas of Tokyo, without the really crowded atmosphere.
