All 15 rooms are designed by designers and welcome guests from all over the world.
The nearest station is Shin-Okachimachi Station on the Oedo Subway Line, a 5-minute walk from Exit A1, and a 9-minute walk from Keisei Ueno Station on the Keisei Main Line.You can also use the Tsukuba Express Line from Shin-Okachimachi Station, which is very convenient as you can go to Akihabara Station and Asakusa Station in one stop.

-All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation.
-Check out time is strict. 3000yen per hour will be charged if you are late for check out
-Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it will be a nuisance to the surrounding residents.
-Please keep small children away from the balcony as it is dangerous.
-Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
-Keep the volume down during the night
-No musical instruments.
-Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leave the flat
-Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use
-No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.

-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse.
-Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish.
- If you have oversized trash (suitcases, etc.), please be sure to contact us in advance. If we have to dispose of them, we will charge you a separate fee.
-If you make a long-term reservation (1 month or more) since we do not charge a security deposit, so guest who makes a long-term reservation will need to sign the "fixed-term building lease contract" and "equipment confirmation" (repair responsibility). Please be aware of this before making a reservation.

First time staying in Ueno, and honestly it was one of the best choices I’ve made in Tokyo. Compared to the city centre, it’s much quieter, less crowded, and much better value for money. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, kitchen, and all the cooking essentials. The area was peaceful at night, yet still within walking distance of the station. There were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping streets nearby, making everything incredibly convenient. The host and customer service were also very responsive whenever I had questions. Even the rubbish disposal was easy — just sort it properly and you’re good to go. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Tokyo. Great value for money and highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Lang Hotel Ueno. Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. The washer/dryer and little kitchenette were useful. Host was very communicative. They provided very clear instructions on how to get to their location from the airport and replied quickly to any questions we had.
