A very comfortable place for a longer stay. The room is small, but it has everything you need for a three-week stay. The staff were always helpful and responsive, and housekeeping and trash collection were provided whenever we asked. We stayed with our one-year-old daughter, and the team kindly helped us with extra equipment to make our baby’s stay as safe and comfortable as possible. And, of course, the location is excellent — everything we needed was within about a 5-minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for both short and extended stays.

My husband and I stayed at Han’s place in July for 4 nights. The apartment has everything you need and unlike most Japanese accommodations, it was reasonably sized - even with our suitcases didn’t feel too cluttered, plus has a built in wardrobe to hide our suitcases! There was a horrible odour when we arrived, Han was very responsive and had someone come sort it out straight away. The apartment is in a great location in Ginza, close to multiple train stations (inc 20 min walk from Tokyo Station for Bullet Train and normal subway etc), restaurants/cafes, shopping and 7-Eleven/Lawsons/Family Mart… there is even a great Ramen restaurant next door too! Thanks Han, we will stay again when we next visit Tokyo!
