Han was a gracious guest who was super responsive to our questions. We were there 5 days and whenever I needed something such as towels, toilet paper, etc. he had everything delivered promptely to our room. There is a lot to do in the Ginza neighborhood and it can be a bit hectic in the area but the Lang Hotel is on a quiet street with some very good local restaurants in the immediate area. Also, the people are very friendy in the local restaurants and bars in the area. This made the stay much more enjoyable.
