- Payment timing
- Payment is made at the time of booking. The payment must be completed within 30 minutes of booking confirmation.
- Service delivery
- Accommodation services are provided from the check-in date of your reservation.
- Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions.
- • Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund of accommodation tax, accommodation fees, and cleaning fees.
- • Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund of accommodation tax and a 50% refund of accommodation and cleaning fees.
- • Self-service cancellation is not available within 7 days of check-in. Unused nights are not refunded for early check-out.
